About the Team
Customers’ voices are represented by the Customer Experience team at Myntra. This team has a broad view of the company and collaborates with various departments (Supply Chain, Category, Technology, Contact Center, Marketing & Revenue, Operations, Cataloging, and so on) to guarantee consistent performance across the customer experience. To promote quick action and process changes, this necessitates good cross-functional knowledge and stakeholder management.
The team is made up of a diverse group of data-driven storytellers who convert data into action. It also controls the customer experience index and is tasked with supplying real-time consumer information to the company. It does it by relying on a robust analytics team, VOC Analysis, Market Research Cell, Customer Immersion Program, and a shop front lab, among other things.
Responsibilities
Develop & maintain analytical model to estimate annual, monthly, weekly, daily performance metrics, returns, other key metrics and monthly tracking of AOP vs actual performance.
Monitor key OKR metrics for the team and seller dashboards
Regular analysis and experimentation to find areas of improvement in current work flows, maintaining a highly data backed approach.
Pricing, marketing, operations analysis and prediction models creation for driving business impact
Data visualization and reporting for easy consumption of all stakeholders.
Drive report automation.
Requirements
B Tech/BE with 1-2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel & Python/R. Any other Coding language is a plus
Strong analytical mindset
Problem solving skills – ability to break a problem down into smaller parts and develop a solutioning approach.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
