Responsibilities
Create Long Range Forecast to be used for Capacity Planning purpose. Create and Refine short term forecast to be used for Schedule creation and management of Intraday Plans.
Create Long Range Capacity Plans. Lead the Capacity Plan discussion with the Market Heads on a regular basis.
Analyze data & provide meaningful inferences, qualitative & quantitative insights from data, other analysis and support process optimizations/projects
Liaise with internal stakeholders like Finance, Business Transformation, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Technology to drive efficiencies in the business.
Recommend the hiring for attrition backfill and ramp-up plans well in advance to mitigate staffing shortfalls. Handle any other ad-hoc requests/data requests related to Forecasting & Planning for Leadership
Deliver on the Forecast Accuracy Targets defined for the Business as well as adherence to the Service Level agreements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent combination of education. Statistical Background preferred
Strong knowledge of Long-Range Forecasting principals, techniques & Capacity Planning
Knowledge of Workforce Management Platforms – eWFM, Genesys, Avaya.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VBA, is required.
Very good communication & interpersonal skills; must be able to discuss the requirements & solutions effectively with different layers of hierarchy

Salary Package
11.18 LPA CTC (Based on Glassdoor estimates)
