Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with GAC IMO Sector Lead and S&P Integration Lead on all project management activities for S&P’s Integration Management Office (IMO); Support realization of integration objectives and monetary synergies
Monitor, govern, and report independently on the integration program, spanning across S&P Global’s divisions and functions
Perform routine program validation to ensure integration projects are on track and follow-up with program managers (PM) and leads of various integration teams, based primarily in UK and US
Suggest improvements to teams on how their project plans can be further enhanced/streamlined to ensure successful execution
Collaborate independently with PMs and team leads on program execution and collation of topics and materials to be presented for S&P leadership visibility and approval
Monitor execution risks across various teams and projects, collaborate with owners to ensure mitigation, and provide routine reports
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across IMO and integration teams
Create/enhance project dashboards and reports (on Smartsheet app)
Oversee preparation of content and PPT slides for reporting program updates to S&P leadership and board of directors
Support team members in executing project management responsibilities
Requirements
Graduation/Post-graduation degree or diploma
Project Management certification will be an added advantage
3+ years’ practical experience in leading and supporting project management and governance work for big-ticket/department-wide projects
Hands-on experience in collaborating independently across functions/teams to execute project objectives within the committed timeline
Experienced in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities that led to more efficient/effective execution of projects
Independent creation of PPT slides, project progress reports, and project dashboards
Showcased ability to mentor junior team members in executing their priorities
Salary Package
9.09 LPA CTC (Based on Glassdoor estimates)
