Meesho is a Y Combinator S16 startup and Series C funded by top investors.Roles & ResponsibilitiesHelp design SOPs that are user-centric, cost-effective, scalable and aligned to business strategy for backend processesManage Internal and external stakeholdersPartner with the 3PLs to develop new processes for reducing the effect of escalation and tickets on NPSSpearhead business process improvements to positively affect operational efficienciesOwn the operational metrics associated with programsIdentify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gapsPartner with analytics, product, fulfilment, 3PL and leadership teams to improve user experience and reduce business costsConduct data analysis to develop insights and identify areas of improvementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline2-4 years of work experience in start-ups/consumer internet companies/management consulting/operationsStrong data-driven mindset to solve problemsProven ability to form points of view on business implicationsProven track record of defining and driving initiatives with minimal supervisionProficiency in Excel SQL experience is preferable.Expertise in multi-front stakeholder managementSalary
