Accenture is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Order to Cash Operations Associate to join their Finance Operations vertical in Mumbai. The core objective of this role is to manage the end-to-end transactional lifecycle from order receipt to revenue collection, helping the organization optimize cash flow, drive operational efficiency, and deliver superior customer satisfaction parameters.

Core day-to-day administrative and transactional responsibilities focus heavily on billing processing, cash application, and managing collections or customer disputes. Associates will design and configure technology workflows to support the generation, validation, and issuance of high-volume client invoices, ensuring the seamless creation of corresponding account receivables. The specialist will gather data reports, reconcile multi-module transactions, identify systemic documentation anomalies, and handle transactional issues using predefined general guidelines and operational precedents.

Additionally, the position requires functioning as a reliable individual contributor who can collaborate effectively with internal team members and direct supervisors to hit performance milestones. Team members will receive explicit assignment instructions for daily tasks, manage routine workflow troubleshooting, and track processing timelines to protect the financial health of the account portfolio. Ideal candidates must hold a university degree, present 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash business tracks, and maintain full flexibility to adapt to rotational shift windows.
