Job Description

Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a results-driven, highly analytical Account Mgmt Associate - Italian, ISG-ESMA to join our European Union Account Management team in Hyderabad, Telangana . This cross-border business development position centers on managing a dedicated portfolio of Italian-speaking marketplace merchants, building data-driven scaling strategies, and driving high-value consultative product conversions to accelerate seller revenue metrics .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • B2B Merchant Portfolio Governance: Manage and scale a targeted block of Italian marketplace sellers to optimize operational velocity and gross merchandise value .
  • Consultative Revenue Analytics: Ingest and examine granular merchant sales data, converting performance matrices into actionable business expansion roadmaps .
  • Marketplace Feature Onboarding: Guide e-commerce sellers through complex marketplace programs, logistics fulfillment architectures, and digital store optimizations .
  • CRM Data Tracking Audits: Formulate, check, and maintain pristine interaction histories and account record summaries across localized portfolio databases .
  • Cross-Functional Triage & Escalation: Coordinate with backend internal software support, tax, and site operations layers to clear high-risk merchant disputes .
  • Data-Driven Merchant Engagement: Formulate targeted, metrics-backed outreach campaigns to highlight untapped international monetization opportunities .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Linguistic Competency Validation: Documented B2, C1, or C2 level Italian language certification, with native or near-native fluency preferred .
  • Account Management Track: Minimum of 1 year of non-internship professional history explicitly spent in enterprise corporate sales, high-yield retail account management, or tech sales .
  • Educational Foundation: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree or above across any administrative or technical discipline .
