Amazon India (ASSPL) is seeking a highly strategic, growth-oriented Ad Sales Manager, Amazon Ads to join our fast-growing media monetization business in Bengaluru, Karnataka . Operating within a high-visibility, entrepreneurial vertical, this corporate B2B sales position centers on designing go-to-market strategies, advising top-tier media agencies, and scaling advertising revenue pipelines across marquee brand portfolios in India .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Go-To-Market Execution: Drive overall Amazon Advertising revenue strategies, expanding account penetration and building scale inside the business development ecosystem .
  • Agency & Brand Partnership: Establish, negotiate, and protect high-yield, long-term relationships with media buying networks and major brand stakeholders .
  • Cross-Functional Growth: Interlock with core product, program, and marketing development towers to engineer custom joint business plans and discover platform upsell opportunities .

  • Preferred Sourcing Tracks: Demonstrated professional history inside digital ad sales, B2B enterprise business development, key account management, or e-commerce/quick-commerce category roles .
  • Operational Background: 2 or more years of proven sales execution history, with valued exposure managing complex analytics, campaign metrics, or fast-paced logistics operations .
