Job Description

Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is hiring a highly articulate, bilingual AHS Operations Manager - Arabic & English to anchor our Account Health Support unit in Hyderabad . This customer-obsessed leadership position serves as the frontline supervisor for a dedicated group of 15 to 20 AHS Specialists, driving execution metrics, minimizing bad debt exposure, and protecting the core seller experience across global marketplaces .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Personnel Performance Management: Direct, evaluate, and coordinate a frontline team of 15 to 25 bilingual specialists, executing individual milestone goals, training tracking, and conflict resolution .
  • Quality & Compliance Auditing: Govern regional sub-team calibration logs and lead global quality audit review processes to ensure absolute procedural compliance with Amazon Seller frameworks .
  • Continuous Lean Optimization: Identify systemic floor performance bottlenecks, driving a continuous improvement culture to permanently eliminate barriers to database accuracy and productivity .
  • Intraday Staffing & Resource Matching: Partner alongside AHS Program Managers to monitor hourly volume variations, executing just-in-time staffing adjustments to guarantee daily service levels .
  • Leadership Bench Mentorship: Coach, mentor, and upskill incoming team leads, designing action plans to accelerate learning curves and groom frontline talent into future operational managers .
  • Cross-Site Functional Governance: Own site-level functional requirements and lead operational initiatives that directly interface across adjacent nodes in the global support network .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Professional Management Track: 1 or more years of proven experience directly managing direct employee cohorts, executing performance evaluations, and tracking team metrics .
  • Linguistic Competency: Absolute mandatory C1 certification or native fluency to speak, write, and read cleanly within the Arabic and English languages, backed by 3+ years of related experience .
  • Technical Toolkit Data: High operational command over advanced Microsoft Excel mechanisms (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, logical strings) and core database documentation apps .
  • Ecosystem Shift Agility: Full operational availability to support a 24/7/365 multi-shift schedule, encompassing rotational nights, weekends, and non-standard corporate calendars .
