AI Decision Science Associate – Human Capital Analytics

Accenture is hiring an AI Decision Science Associate for its Human Capital Analytics team in Bengaluru. This role is part of Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Data & AI practice and focuses on using data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and analytics to solve workforce and HR business problems.

The role involves analyzing workforce data, developing statistical and machine learning models, creating dashboards and reporting solutions, and translating analytical findings into actionable insights for HR teams and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop statistical and machine learning models for HR and Human Capital Analytics use cases.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify workforce trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Use Python to develop efficient and deployable analytical models.
• Work with SQL and relational and non-relational databases to access and analyze data.
• Apply data science techniques such as deep learning, LLMs, time series forecasting, boosting, bagging, cohort analysis, and cluster analysis.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure for data and analytics solutions.
• Design scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for HR teams and business leaders.
• Develop Power BI and Tableau dashboards to present HR metrics, KPIs, and analytical insights.
• Create new KPIs and metrics and use data to generate strategic business insights.
• Prepare clear, story-driven reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings.
• Translate business problems into analytical problems and develop appropriate data-driven solutions.
• Understand client requirements and contribute to solution design based on business needs.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams in an agile project environment.
• Support project teams by guiding analysts and associates and delivering time-bound project requirements.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics to support strategic HR decisions.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and communication materials for client engagements and strategic initiatives.
