Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic AI Interaction Designer_Q2 27 to join its digital experience design arm, WONGDOODY, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The core focus of this high-level creative engineering post is to lead solution discovery workshops, formulate user experience frameworks, and architect ethical, trustworthy human-computer interaction patterns for complex artificial intelligence and agentic systems.

Core day-to-day administrative and design responsibilities involve conducting advanced user research—including ethnography and contextual inquiry—while defining UX-led solution architectures that successfully integrate data science capabilities, AI model behaviours, and technical engineering limitations. The designer will create robust AI interaction models, conversational journeys, information architectures (IA), and navigation models using Figma to build high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Additionally, the specialist will establish scalable design patterns, publish enterprise-grade AI design system guidelines, and execute systematic verification reviews to ensure design concepts meet strict governance standards.

Furthermore, the position focuses on driving product adoption, managing high-priority client sign-offs, and steering stakeholder delivery quality gates. The specialist will translate abstract generative design criteria into transparent interfaces that effectively communicate system confidence, thereby enhancing user decision-making metrics. Ideal candidates must present 8 to 12 years of specialized interaction design expertise, demonstrate a deep mastery of emerging Generative UX workflows, and possess excellent presentation capabilities to influence business leadership teams.
