Wipro Limited is seeking an innovative and strategic AI Lead L1 specializing in Generative AI to spearhead the development of advanced artificial intelligence frameworks, drive minimum viable product (MVP) initiatives, and deliver transformative solutions at our technology delivery center in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• AI Product & MVP Development: Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and strategy of custom enterprise solutions leveraging advanced AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and user interfaces.
• Use Case Evaluation & Strategy: Review incoming business use cases, identify structural patterns via root cause analysis, and map client infrastructure requirements to modern AI and automation engineering blueprints.
• Strategic Client Consulting: Interface directly with business leaders, vertical delivery departments, and strategic partners to refine product architectures, deliver complex demonstrations, and formulate winning RFP responses.
• Innovation & IP Creation: Stay aligned with rapidly evolving industry tech trends, collaborating with advisory groups to facilitate intellectual property creation, research papers, and patent filings.
• Team & Performance Leadership: Define explicit development work plans, handle resourcing forecasts, conduct routine evaluations under the Performance Nxt framework, and build modern upskilling models for engineering teams.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid hands-on development expertise within technical project management or specialized AI deployment workflows.
• Core Technical Competencies: Mandatory domain expertise in Generative AI architectures, solution scaling, code logic integration, and algorithmic security compliance structures.
• Core Soft Skills: Strong presentation and advisory acumen, collaborative cross-functional navigation, and the capability to manage mid-sized development structures under project timelines.
