AIOps Practice GTM Lead

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly accomplished, visionary AIOps Practice GTM Lead to drive high-impact automation strategies, spearhead cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and embed cutting-edge agentic AI solutions into enterprise technology frameworks at our Bengaluru center.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Lead strategic end-to-end bid responses for major RFPs, RFIs, and proactive pursuits within the Digital ITSM, Service Assurance, and full-stack AIOps domains to drive core booking growth.
• Advanced Solution Architecture: Design, validate, and orchestrate scalable solution proposals leveraging prominent IT observability, configuration management, and automation suites (e.g., OpsRamp, Splunk, BMC, ServiceNow ITOM, UiPath, Ansible, Terraform).
• Agentic AI System Integration: Architect, test, and optimize autonomous workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and LLM-powered systems to transform modern cloud infrastructure monitoring and analytics.
• Market & Analyst Relations: Conduct active market scans and maintain deep alignment with research networks (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to interpret emerging infrastructure automation tech trends.
• Executive Presales & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with onsite sales, solution architects, and finance teams to design pricing and presales collateral, delivering high-level oral presentations directly to client decision-makers.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 15 or more years of robust IT industry exposure across technical consulting, solution design, and large-scale delivery management in infrastructure and applications.
• Full-Stack Tool Domain Mastery: Comprehensive technical expertise across cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) alongside legacy data center, server, network, and end-user computing (EUC) towers.
• Core Capabilities: Superior presentation acumen, experience in business case development, process optimization mapping, and a proven track record of handling multi-stakeholder corporate structures.
