Alteryx Lead Developer

Wipro Limited is looking for a seasoned Alteryx Lead Developer to architect high-performance business intelligence workflows, drive advanced data analytics automation, and integrate machine learning pipelines at our technology delivery hub in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Workflow Design & Management: Design, develop, and deploy complex ETL pipelines and business intelligence workflows utilizing Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Gallery.
• Data Enrichment & Transformation: Combine highly diverse datasets using parsing, preparatory, join, and transformation functions to build enriched and optimized data outputs.
• Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Extend native capabilities using advanced toolsets like Predictive Analytics and Time Series analysis, integrating custom Python and R scripts for enhanced workflow automation.
• Enterprise Orchestration & Troubleshooting: Handle the scheduling, tracking, and performance tuning of data loads within complex database systems like Oracle and SQL Server.
• Scrum & Business Analysis: Critical assessment of user stories and enterprise use cases to determine architectural feasibility before solution design and implementation.
• Quality Assurance & Leadership: Set structural standards for data modeling, data quality assurance, and verification practices while mentoring developer teams through knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of robust IT track record (with up to 10 years of deep practical platform execution highly preferred).
• Core Technical Stack: Mastery of Alteryx ecosystems, database administration (SQL Server, Oracle), and Python programming.
• Preferred Big Data Skills: Exposure to Hadoop ecosystems, distributed file structures, and big data technologies is highly advantageous.
• Core Competencies: Execution excellence, high learning agility for AI systems, powerful problem-solving capabilities, and smooth stakeholder communication.
