Analytics and Modeling Associate

Accenture is hiring an Analytics and Modeling Associate in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates interested in data analytics, Power BI, sales reporting, dashboard development, data modeling, and CRM data management.

As an Analytics and Modeling Associate, you will support sales teams through reporting, dashboarding, data analysis, and data quality activities. You will work with CRM and other business data to create useful reports, monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights that help leadership make better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain scalable data models using CRM and other source-system data.
• Structure and organize datasets used for dashboards, reports, and automated insights.
• Maintain and automate Power BI dashboards, sales reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze sales activity, pipeline health, conversion trends, and capacity metrics.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports within defined service-level timelines.
• Improve reporting processes and reduce manual reporting activities through automation.
• Support CRM data cleanup, validation, and de-duplication activities.
• Monitor data quality issues such as missing DUNS numbers, incorrect field values, and accounts that do not follow defined creation standards.
• Monitor pipeline hygiene, including stale opportunities and unconverted leads.
• Conduct appropriate follow-ups and share sales performance insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Support account management activities in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ensure accounts are correctly tagged and maintained according to defined data standards.
• Work with different teams to understand changing business requirements and reporting needs.
• Learn new tools and processes and support additional analytics and reporting responsibilities when required.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduation.
