App Automation Eng Senior Analyst

Accenture is seeking a highly analytical and technical App Automation Eng Senior Analyst to join our high-performing Technology for Operations (TFO) division in Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, designing end-to-end automation architectures, building intelligent operating models, and implementing robust robotic process automation (RPA) workflows to optimize operational efficiency for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• RPA Solution Architecture: Design, map, and implement end-to-end automation process flows, establishing robust technical infrastructure blueprints using Microsoft RPA, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Cognitive Automation Engineering: Integrate advanced intelligence layers into traditional workflows, leveraging Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning models to handle complex data transformation.
• Backend Automation Scripting: Program custom automation utilities, backend connectors, and data integration layers using object-oriented scripting languages including Python, VB.NET, and C.
• API Systems Integration: Architect scalable web service data exchanges and multi-platform API connections to bridge legacy application hosting operations with modern cloud infrastructure tiers.
• Problem Solving & Project Governance: Perform systematic root-cause diagnostics on increasingly complex platform bugs; manage minor delivery workstreams or mentor a small squad of engineers while following minimal daily task instructions.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with sales, delivery management, and client operations to translate complex requirements into scannable technical documentation under rotational shift flexibilities.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of robust hands-on development track record in process automation or distributed systems support (candidates with 2-5 years showing steep technical aptitude will be considered).
• Educational Background: Holds a valid graduation degree (Any Graduation field) with a strong foundation in logic design or software frameworks.
• Core Technical Toolkit: Practical technical command over standard RPA vendor suits, data analytics parsing, application lifecycle management, and secure coding standards.
• Core Soft Skills: Strong team collaboration properties, sharp analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and the capacity to operate dynamically as an individual contributor to drive business value metrics.
