BMC Helix ITSM- Senior Developer

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly skilled BMC Helix ITSM- Senior Developer to join their enterprise solutions delivery unit in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The primary objective of this role is to design, develop, configure, and optimize next-generation Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) platform infrastructure to meet complex corporate digital transformation requirements.

Core day-to-day administrative and development responsibilities include building, modifying, and customizing core modular workflows, custom forms, business logic rules, and UI architectures using BMC Helix Innovation Studio and the BMC Helix AR System. The developer will own the integrity of CMDB technical setups, building robust normalization criteria, asset lifecycle tracking schemas, and structural data reconciliation policies. In addition, the engineer will utilize Python scripting to automate back-end procedures, eliminate process performance gaps, and write custom integration connectors.

Additionally, the position involves developing high-quality REST/SOAP APIs to bridge platform capabilities with external cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or legacy monitoring tools. A forward-looking aspect of this role includes engineering advanced Agentic AI use cases, managing prompt engineering strategies, and deploying automated customer solutions leveraging the system-native Helix GPT engine. Ideal applicants must present 5 to 10 years of professional ITSM platform development experience, clear cross-functional stakeholder communication traits, and the ability to formulate technical demos directly for client engagement sessions.
