• Support pharmacy benefits management (PBM) and healthcare operations processes.
• Review prescription-related information and ensure accurate processing of healthcare records.
• Assist in processing pharmacy and healthcare-related operational requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following healthcare compliance guidelines.
• Work with internal teams to resolve routine operational issues and maintain service quality.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
