Accenture is seeking an entry-level, customer-focused Business Advisory Associate-Messaging to join their Next Generation Customer Operations vertical within the HR Contact Center division in Bengaluru. The primary focus of this support role centers on handling, resolving, and closing multi-channel stakeholder queries, vendor complaints, and employee inquiries while maintaining strict compliance with client-mandated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Core day-to-day administrative and troubleshooting responsibilities focus on a blended support framework, recording and classifying incoming service incidents across non-voice modules including email, web, and chat platforms, alongside managing a 60-70% volume over voice channels. The associate will diagnose technical or process faults, isolate unplanned workflow interruptions, and rapidly restore normal service operations or route tickets to advanced tier groups. Additionally, the specialist will track service request logs, document user feedback parameters, and execute transactional data management updates within the internal system dashboard infrastructure.
Furthermore, the position requires managing operations targeted toward the United States region, demanding consistent availability to work overnight shifts according to Indian Standard Time (IST). Functioning as an individual contributor within a collaborative team structure, the associate will solve routine customer problems using general guidelines and clear process precedents under direct supervisory management. Ideal applicants must hold a university degree, present 0 to 2 years of related professional customer or employee support experience, showcase sharp logical reasoning capabilities, and possess strong verbal and written English communication fluencies.
