Business Analyst (0–1 Year Experience)

Toolyt is seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, providing a major opportunity for freshers and early-career candidates to coordinate technical transformations. The role serves to bridge operational requirements across cross-functional parameters by working closely with both external clients and internal engineering units.

Core day-to-day administrative responsibilities include gathering raw business requirements, mapping localized client challenges, and drafting rigorous Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). Selected analysts will routinely build comprehensive technical process flows, establish targeted operational scenarios, and model initial wireframes or mock screens using platforms like Whimsical.

Additionally, the analyst will assist with project scope definitions, mitigate requirement conflicts, and drive continuous software delivery by taking part in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Candidates must present strong analytical problem-solving traits, robust documentation skills, a foundational understanding of databases, and a collaborative team-oriented approach within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
