Accenture is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Capital Markets Operations New Associate to join their financial services delivery vertical in Bengaluru. The primary objective of this entry-level banking position centers on managing structured back-office data pipelines, validating transaction parameters, and ensuring operational alignment for complex multi-asset investment portfolios.

Core day-to-day administrative and transaction validation responsibilities focus on the lifecycle of Equity and Fixed Income bank operations, specializing in trade pre-matching and settlement processing workflows. The associate will routinely cross-reference internal trade databases against broader market records, isolate mismatched execution inputs, and collaborate with Middle Office and Front Office groups to resolve exceptions. Additionally, team members will log failed technical directions, track transaction discrepancies, and respond promptly to external financial counterparties to eliminate process settlement friction and maintain ledger accuracy.

Furthermore, this post involves cooperating closely with regional European and international location teams, requiring a highly flexible work approach.
