Your responsibilities will include supporting sellers during onboarding, helping them understand Amazon's internal tools, assisting with catalog creation, resolving listing and shipment-related issues, and improving product content quality. You will also contribute to maintaining accurate documentation and business reports while ensuring Amazon's catalog standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sellers and vendors with catalog creation, product listings, and shipment-related processes.
- Guide new sellers through onboarding and provide training on Amazon's internal tools.
- Handle seller queries related to inbound operations, product issues, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog creation, product imaging, and listing improvements.
- Review product catalog content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon quality guidelines.
- Help sellers manage customer feedback and improve overall marketplace performance.
- Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on business requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports while supporting new business processes whenever required.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success.
