Microsoft is seeking an accomplished and highly strategic Cloud & AI Solution Sales Specialist to join our elite enterprise team in Bangalore. This senior individual contributor position focus on driving digital transformation across high-value customer accounts, leveraging AI-powered analytics to identify market gaps, and designing secure, cloud-native architectures that align with complex business objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Enterprise Account Management: Lead deep, consultative discussions with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers to qualify, structure, and accelerate complex, high-value cloud opportunities.
- AI-Driven Market Intelligence: Collaborate on whitespace analysis using advanced predictive analytics software to forecast future industry trends and proactively capitalize on emerging market gaps.
- Cross-Functional Deal Orchestration: Act as a central point of contact to align virtual teams across Microsoft matrices (including the Account Team Unit [ATU], Customer Success Unit [CSU], and Industry Solutions Delivery [ISD]) for seamless lifecycle handoffs.
- Pipeline & Consumption Hygiene: Conduct meticulous pipeline reviews with internal leadership, leveraging data-driven telemetry on propensity, renewals, and product consumption to optimize forecast accuracy.
- Security & Compliance Advisory: Formulate customized customer success plans that integrate Microsoftβs core security principles, maintaining client trust and rigorous international compliance baselines throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Partner Ecosystem Co-Selling: Establish enduring, shared-gain relationships with global partner organizations (GPS) to drive partner-attach frameworks and accelerate business scaling.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years of technical solution or services sales history, or an equivalent track record navigating enterprise cloud account management structures.
- Core Technical Toolkit: Comprehensive mastery of Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure, integrated AI systems, automation suites, and Power Platforms to drive business efficiency.
- Preferred Assets: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced information security degree combined with over 8 to 12 years of enterprise cloud deployment history is highly desirable.
- Core Soft Skills: Strong risk-mitigation reasoning, excellent executive presentation capabilities, and the flexibility to operate within a 100% on-site framework alongside a 25β50% business travel cadence.
