Cloud Engineer

TaskUs is seeking a high-tier Cloud Engineer to function as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) managing enterprise Cloud Computing Environments under a fully Remote structural format in India. This engineering position requires 9 to 10 years of total IT experience, featuring a minimum of 5 to 6 years dedicated directly to cloud infrastructure maintenance across AWS or Azure ecosystems. The selected architect will own operational design support, fulfill high-level L2 and L3 technical escalations for the Network Operations Center (NOC) and corporate Service Desks, and direct end-to-end configuration deployments involving Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management pipelines. Candidates must demonstrate tool mastery across infrastructure-as-code platforms (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible YAML layouts) and CI/CD operations (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ECS Fargate, or Kubernetes Helm charts). A willingness to commit to global 24x7 on-call shift environments is mandatory.
