Amazon India (ASSPL) is looking to hire a highly strategic, creative, and data-driven Content Marketing Manager, Amazon Beauty and Fashion Accessories to drive our commerce content network in Bengaluru, Karnataka . Operating at the modern crossroads of digital media and e-commerce, this position owns the full strategy and execution of live shopping channels, creator networks, and community outreach campaigns to revolutionize product discovery and capture market conversion rates .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Omnichannel Content Engineering: Author, scale, and govern the overarching content strategy across social media pipelines, digital networks, and experiential formats .
  • Influencer Strategy Innovation: Formulate metrics-driven creator partnership frameworks, executing data-backed decisions on seeding profiles to maximize brand campaign trajectories .
  • Amazon Live Production Ownership: Drive the end-to-end live shopping entertainment engine, converting complex category guidelines into interactive video commerce scripts .
  • Community Building Governance: Spearhead offline trade activations, digital panel sessions, and targeted Prime product sampling loops to construct sustainable user customer delight .
  • High-Complexity Project Management: Independently supervise multi-layered marketing schedules, systematically mapping performance goals while dissolving channel operational bottlenecks .
  • Data-Driven Campaign Diagnostics: Parse customer interaction data and engagement metrics using analytics tools to build scalable, category-agnostic presentation frameworks .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
