Creative Illustrator

Groww is looking for a Creative Illustrator to join its design team in Bangalore. In this role you will turn concepts, data and marketing ideas into clear, engaging visuals that support campaigns, social media, brand assets and events. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters and creative leads to deliver work on tight schedules while maintaining a high standard of craft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce illustrations and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social channels, brand guidelines and events.
• Translate complex information and data into simple, compelling graphics and data visualisations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop visual storytelling that aligns with product and brand goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain consistency in style, composition, colour and typography across all deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of professional illustration or visual design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Solid grasp of composition, colour theory and typography.
• Proven ability to create data visualisations and narrative‑driven visuals.
• Attention to detail, strong execution skills and comfort working under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback and curiosity to explore new visual approaches.
