CTO - Platform Support Engineer - Topcoder

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly skilled and analytical CTO - Platform Support Engineer to sustain enterprise platform stability and client infrastructure for the Topcoder platform ecosystem across multiple delivery hubs in India.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Production Troubleshooting & Analysis: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve high-priority application faults and production roadblocks affecting international enterprise client profiles.
• Automation & Tool Development: Program customized scripts and build software internal utilities to automate repetitive diagnostic tasks and address underlying platform capacity constraints.
• Business Intelligence Reporting: Conceptualize and maintain highly functional operational dashboards and performance tracking reports using Power BI and Salesforce structures.
• Environment & Access Administration: Establish robust virtualized systems and configure continuous integration settings to manage seamless deployment access for remote client structures.
• Incident Management Lifecycle: Track system anomalies using Jira and Confluence, log immediate engineering findings, perform API connectivity validation with Postman, and coordinate resolutions across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Shift Operations: Deliver proactive post-implementation platform maintenance while supporting rotating shifts and business weekend schedules as required.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of robust development track record inside technical application support or backend software development environments.
• Programming Capabilities: Practical engineering fluency in at least one modern development framework, including Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
• Database & Systems Infrastructure: Advanced core SQL knowledge combined with hands-on systems administration exposure inside Linux/Unix nodes and relational database architectures (RDBMS).
• Cloud Computing Foundations: High-level system exposure deploying components inside public cloud networks, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS) layers.
