Accenture is hiring a Custom Software Engineering Associate – Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Digital Marketing Operations in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for graduates with 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital content management, email development, web technologies, and campaign management.
In this role, you will manage and maintain digital content for desktop and mobile websites, email campaigns, banners, category pages, campaign pages, microsites, mobile content, and promotional campaigns. You will collaborate with market and global brand teams to deliver digital materials that meet functional, design, innovation, SEO, and SEM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content for desktop and mobile websites based on requirements, content, and creative assets received from market and global brand teams.
- Follow SEO and SEM best practices while managing digital content.
- Build and maintain HTML emails and support responsive email and website development.
- Manage digital brand materials, including banners, category pages, campaign pages, microsites, mobile content, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of functionality, design, and innovation across digital materials.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and industry events.
- Ensure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.
- Work collaboratively with team members, clients, and vendors to deliver digital marketing operations tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience developing responsive emails and websites.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO, site analysis, and website optimization.
- Experience using JIRA or Workfront.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing operations.
