CYBER SECURITY ANALYST L4 (1IM Developer)

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Cyber Security Analyst L4 to join our team in Chennai. This position focuses explicitly on a development role within Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, leveraging specialized platform architectures to secure enterprise data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Platform Development & Customization: Architect, implement, and configure core modules within Dell One Identity Manager (1IM) to govern identities, provisioning rules, and access lifecycles across the organization.
• Security Solutioning: Deliver timely security breach resolution, system debugging, and access remediation frameworks for end-users, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
• SLA & Process Adherence: Maintain strict compliance benchmarks, ensuring a 90-95% adherence to service level agreements alongside rapid Response Time and Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics.
• Access Governance Engineering: Build, update, and manage continuous scripts, business policies, and user privileges within One Identity Manager to mitigate data exposure risks.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid hands-on development track record inside enterprise cybersecurity, access control, or database administration fields.
• Core Technical Stack: Mandatory engineering expertise in Dell One Identity Manager / One Identity Manager (1IM) software environments.
• Core soft Skills: Customer-centric mindset, powerful problem-solving abilities, and smooth communication skills to navigate complex infrastructure workflows across cross-functional delivery domains.
