Data Engineering, Management & Governance Associate

Accenture is hiring a Data Engineering, Management & Governance Associate – Master Data Management (MDM) in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for graduates with 1–3 years of experience who are interested in master data management, data maintenance, data governance, and finance operations.

In this role, you will work within Accenture's Intelligent Finance Operations function, helping determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. You will also support master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, enable centralized maintenance of unified data, and maintain consistency and control of master data elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect operational data reports to support financial outcome analysis.
• Conduct data analysis and reconcile transactions within Finance Operations.
• Support the architecture of master data solutions across platforms.
• Consolidate content and synchronize data across platforms.
• Support centralized maintenance of unified master data.
• Enable rich product content management and print publishing through master data solutions.
• Synchronize global data to maintain consistency and control of master data elements.
• Solve routine problems using established procedures, precedents, and general guidelines.
• Work with the immediate team and direct supervisor to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team and a defined scope of responsibilities.
• Be available to work rotational shifts if required.

Required Skills:

• Master Data Management (MDM) – Proficiency Level P1.
• SAP Master Data Management – Proficiency Level P1.
• Master Data Maintenance – Proficiency Level P1.
