Data Scientist III (VaLMo)

Meesho is hiring a Data Scientist III for its VaLMo team in Bangalore. VaLMo is Meesho's own logistics arm. It provides supply chain and delivery support for millions of users across India.

In this role, you will focus on Supply Chain Network Optimization. You will build and scale models that make logistics faster and more efficient. Your work will directly impact the experience of millions of customers.

The team uses advanced math and engineering to solve specific niche problems. You will work on areas like network design and first or last mile optimization. This involves figuring out the best routes and warehouse locations for delivery.

• Use Operations Research (OR) and Machine Learning (ML) to solve complex problems.
• Apply Deep Learning (DL) and Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) techniques where needed.
• Build data-driven solutions for the entire supply chain value chain.
• Focus on long-term models and frameworks, not just quick fixes.
