Delivery Operations Associate

Accenture is looking for an analytical and process-driven Delivery Operations Associate to join their specialized Compensation & Benefits vertical in Bengaluru. The primary objective of this role is to administer total rewards programs, including baseline salary adjustments, bonus configurations, and comprehensive lifecycle tracking for health, retirement, and employee stock purchase plans to improve workforce performance and productivity benchmarks.

Core day-to-day administrative and technical responsibilities focus heavily on benefits administration workflows, which encompass overseeing enrollment protocols, changes, and terminations across internal platforms. The associate will lead and mentor a team of specialists handling complex pension and benefits accounts, address structural employee escalations, reconcile program performance reports, and guarantee strict adherence to predetermined operational quality standards and SLAs. Additionally, team members will identify structural process gaps to drive continuous delivery enhancements and improve the overall employee experience track.

Furthermore, the position requires acting as a central point of contact for internal HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Corporate Compliance squads to present regular operational insights and reporting matrices. Functioning as an individual contributor within a predetermined scope of work, the associate will solve routine problems via established precedents under the direct guidance of a team supervisor. This administrative post requires handling sensitive employee documentation with absolute integrity and maintaining high personal flexibility to adapt seamlessly to rotational shift patterns based on global client timelines.
