  • Global Guideline Authoring: Translate newly deployed interior design layout concepts into clear visual models and formal spatial narratives for integration into global workplace standards .
  • Continuous Design Refinement: Leverage operational data matrices, post-occupancy metrics, and directly gathered user behavioral insights to drive spatial optimization changes .
  • Cross-Functional GREF Interlock: Partner closely with internal real estate nodes—encompassing Preconstruction, Construction Managers, Sustainability, and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) teams .
  • Cultural Nuance Localization: Infuse hyper-local and cultural functional parameters into standardized workspace floor plans while preserving structural employee experience parity .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Spatial Design Industry Tenure: Minimum of 6 years of verified, non-internship professional history explicitly spent steering commercial interior architecture, fit-out designs, or real estate transformations .
  • Professional Design Verification: Must maintain an accessible, high-fidelity online professional design portfolio displaying past technical blueprints and spatial solutions .
  • Data Diagnostics & Business Intelligence: Proven background gathering and analyzing large amounts of operational data strings to implement continuous workplace improvements .
  • Regional Travel Commitment: Absolute operational agility to fulfill regional travel assignments across corporate office sites approximately 10% to 20% of the time .
  • Preferred Value-Adds: Strong functional familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile to Waterfall), drafting corporate design playbooks, managing risk critical paths, and project scheduling .
  • Core Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written consultative storytelling properties, an ability to balance frugality with creativity, and comfort navigating highly ambiguous guidelines .
