Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Gen AI Content Curation: Review, refine, and enrich high-volume text and narratives generated through Large Language Models (LLMs), training generative AI models to become better writers.
  • End-to-End Project Editing: Take full operational ownership of multi-layered content projects from start to finish, managing trade-offs, mitigating narrative risks, and measuring copy impact.
  • Granular Process Audits: Dive deep into data audits to extract valid process inferences, pinpointing systemic text errors or stylistic deviations, and communicating detailed impact summaries to stakeholders.
  • SOP Onboarding & Compliance: Review localized operational guidelines, implement updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and onboard complex content curation projects into production workflows.
  • Peer Training & Quality Governance: Conduct structured technical workshops to train and onboard junior editors, continuously auditing their proofreading output to deliver actionable feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner alongside data operations, localization squads, and business management teams to map functional requirements and align text criteria with market demands.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Professional Experience Track: Minimum of 2 years of robust professional experience operating as a Technical Writer, Copy-Editor, Proofreader, or Content Strategist within high-velocity publishing or digital media spaces.
  • Educational Background: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Technical Writing, or a highly related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
  • Research & Methodological Toolkit: Proven capability to leverage mixed-method research frameworks—encompassing qualitative, quantitative, attitudinal, and behavioral data structures—to evaluate text performance.
  • Core Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional English storytelling attributes, sharp project management reasoning under constraints, and total comfort navigating highly ambiguous development sprints.
