Job Description

Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Executive Assistant, Digital Acceleration to support a Director within our technology wing in Bengaluru, Karnataka . Operating inside a high-visibility and fast-moving segment, this role demands absolute excellence in managing complex calendars, driving critical team deliverables, and handling sensitive corporate resources with high integrity and discretion .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Executive Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex executive diaries, resolving scheduling conflicts independently across global time zones .
  • Event & Agenda Coordination: Lead the end-to-end planning of leadership events, aligning operational agendas for global all-hands and staff milestones .
  • Deliverables Tracking: Monitor cross-functional action logs, helping to drive project timelines and tracking completion parameters for the organization .
  • Travel & Expense Processing: Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel profiles, auditing and submitting regular expense reports .
  • Cross-Site Space Administration: Manage office space constraints and requirements across multiple regional hubs, including Bengaluru (BLR) and Chennai (MAA) locations .
  • Leadership Liaison Support: Act as an essential operational point-of-contact and strategic liaison between senior directors and their direct reports .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Senior Administrative Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of verified, non-internship professional history explicitly spent in senior-level leadership support roles .
  • Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent certification baseline .
  • Software Productivity Toolkit: Strong functional familiarity and hands-on experience navigating the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) .
