FinOps Analyst – Accounts Payable (AP) | Finance & Accounting

Amazon is hiring a FinOps Analyst – Accounts Payable (AP) in Hyderabad. This Finance Operations role is suitable for candidates with a B.Com degree in Accounting and Commerce who are interested in accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and financial operations.

The FinOps Analyst will support invoice matching, vendor statement preparation, payment hold research, credits and returns processing, and invoice quality checks. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet defined productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match invoices from the IMDEX system accurately.
• Maintain invoice processing accuracy levels above 98%.
• Meet defined productivity and processing targets.
• Prepare and maintain vendor statements.
• Research credits and returns related to invoices and payments.
• Research and process payment holds.
• Perform quality checks on matched invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial and invoice-related records.
• Follow established accounts payable and finance processes.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting processes.
• Understanding of invoice processing and invoice matching.
• Knowledge of vendor statements and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and data-handling skills.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Commerce (B.Com).
