FIRST LINE MANAGER (FLM) L2

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced and analytical First Line Manager (FLM) L2 specialized in Geographic Information Systems (Maps) to lead their delivery team operations in Hyderabad, Telangana. The primary focus of this leadership role centers on directing day-to-day workflow executions, enforcing strict client contract compliance guidelines, and driving cross-functional team performance across established process metrics.

Core day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities involve coordinating shift alignment meetings, sharing localized performance tracking updates directly with external account managers, and performing root cause analysis (RCA) to maximize service delivery standards. The manager will partner with workforce management (WFM) groups to balance resource forecasting requirements, isolate automation initiatives within production layers, and maintain data logs to enhance continuous business quality parameters. Additionally, the specialist will run regular performance coaching tracks, implement Performance Coaching & Counselling Plans (PCCP) for low-performing outliers, and coordinate technical process refresher courses to bridge knowledge gaps.

Furthermore, the position focuses extensively on holistic talent management, career track building, and team engagement strategy. The first line manager will set explicit operational goals, oversee localized resource hiring processes, track attrition rates, and govern execution metrics following standard corporate infrastructure programs like Performance Nxt. Ideal candidates must demonstrate 3 to 5 years of related professional background in operations management, possess exceptional problem-solving traits, and showcase solid technical capabilities in geographic information and mapping software environments.
