Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is looking to hire an execution-driven, strategic Full Lifecycle Recruiter-I, Amazon University Talent Acquisition to anchor our specialized hiring programs in Bengaluru, Karnataka . Operating within the Global HR organization, this position serves as a talent acquisition consultant and business partner to build innovative pipelines, manage passive candidate generation, and close high-priority technical and non-technical university searches against narrow timelines .
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- End-to-End Search Management: Own the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for university tracks, establishing benchmarks, tracking metrics, and prioritizing pipelines to meet client SLAs .
- Passive Candidate Profiling: Hunt, identify, and engage passive tech and business candidates, deep-diving into individual motivations and chemistry parameters rather than simply selling a vacancy .
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Architecture: Formulate effective candidate generation plans across diverse channels, mapping tech engineering, product, program, and sales profiles .
- Hiring Manager Consultation: Partner closely with cross-functional interview loops and leadership towers to align candidate experience slates with specific team needs, driving high offer-to-interview ratios .
- Candidate Advocacy & Branding: Act as a dedicated champion for the candidate experience, ensuring clear structural timelines and delivering pristine candidate relations throughout the loop .
- Process Optimization Sprints: Author formal tracking reports, recommend long-range corporate talent acquisition strategies, and participate in special projects to elevate global interviewing techniques .
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Campus Recruiting Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of verified, non-internship professional history explicitly spent handling university recruitment configurations or campus talent generation networks .
- Educational Foundation: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree from an accredited or recognized university platform .
- Domain Talent Mapping: Documented track record sourcing and placing business or tech talent across frameworks like Software Engineering, Product/Program Management, Sales, or leadership verticals .
- Preferred Value-Adds: Elite analytical capability to create, measure, and scale hiring workflows alongside strong consulting skills to guide matrixed stakeholder groups .
