Functional Consultant - L1

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Functional Consultant - L1 specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking to lead enterprise cloud implementations and optimize HR transformation workflows at our Pune operations center.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• SuccessFactors Implementation: Drive end-to-end functional architecture design, module configuration, and deployment processes for the SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking ecosystem.
• Business Process Consulting: Collaborate with global clients and human resource stakeholders to gather intricate business requirements, perform structural gap analysis, and map legacy time evaluation setups into standard cloud architectures.
• System Configuration & Validation: Define custom time profiles, worksheets, valuation rules, and structural approval flows within the software interface to secure absolute process adherence.
• Cross-Module Integration: Work alongside technical development teams to streamline integrated data synchronization across Employee Central, payroll systems, and external third-party scheduling platforms.
• Support & Quality Assurance: Deliver ongoing expert functional support, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), manage system update validation, and troubleshoot complex configuration blocks to maximize client delivery scores.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid hands-on functional consulting experience specializing in SAP SuccessFactors frameworks.
• Core Product Competency: Mandatory engineering or consulting domain expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking software setups.
• Professional Capabilities: Strong consultative mindset, exceptional client presentation skills, and the capacity to guide enterprise workforce management projects toward digital transformation.
