Graphic & Visual Design Associate

Accenture is hiring for a Graphic & Visual Design Associate in Bengaluru. This full-time opportunity is suitable for graduates with 1–3 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, graphic design, content management, or related areas.

The role focuses on creating high-impact, client-facing sales presentations and branded visual assets that support business development and sales opportunities. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Response Management, and subject matter experts to transform strategic messaging, value propositions, business data, and insights into compelling and visually consistent presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop client-ready presentations for prospect pitches, client renewals, executive briefings, and strategic pursuits.
• Translate complex business information, data, and messaging into clear and engaging visual presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across presentations, templates, graphics, icons, and other visual assets.
• Create charts, infographics, data visualizations, and other executive-level visual content.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, Response Management teams, and subject matter experts.
• Maintain centralized libraries of approved slides, case studies, testimonials, proof points, templates, and visual assets.
• Update presentation templates, slide libraries, iconography, and visual frameworks according to brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve presentation quality, storytelling, efficiency, and content reusability.
• Review presentations for messaging clarity, visual quality, strategic alignment, and brand compliance.

Required Skills: Strong presentation and visual design skills, understanding of B2B sales presentations, structured storytelling, data visualization, branding principles, and content management. Exposure to design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud beyond PowerPoint is an advantage.
