Graphic & Visual Design Associate

Accenture is hiring a Graphic & Visual Design Associate in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates interested in graphic design, presentation design, content management, visual storytelling, and branded business content.

In this role, you will create high-quality client-facing sales presentations and visual assets that support business development and sales opportunities. You will work closely with sales teams, response management teams, and subject matter experts to turn business messages, data, and value propositions into clear and visually engaging presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop client-ready presentations for sales pitches, renewals, executive briefings, and strategic business opportunities.
• Convert business information, KPIs, analytics, and case studies into clear charts, graphics, and infographics.
• Ensure presentations and visual materials follow brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Work with Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, Response Management teams, and subject matter experts to develop presentation content.
• Organize, categorize, maintain, and publish content using approved tools and channels.
• Maintain presentation templates, slide libraries, icons, graphics, and other approved visual assets.
• Maintain a centralized content and asset library to improve content reusability.
• Review presentation messaging, visual quality, and alignment with sales objectives before delivery.
• Update templates and visual assets based on business requirements and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve presentation quality, efficiency, and client engagement through new design techniques and digital tools.
