Graphic & Visual Design Associate

Accenture is hiring a Graphic & Visual Design Associate in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates interested in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, content management, and creating professional sales and client-facing materials.

As a Graphic & Visual Design Associate, you will support sales and pursuit teams by creating high-quality presentations and branded visual assets. You will transform business information, data, and strategic messages into clear, engaging, and visually consistent presentations that support sales opportunities and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop client-ready presentations for sales pitches, client renewals, executive briefings, and business pursuits.
• Convert business information, workforce analytics, KPIs, case studies, and other data into clear charts, graphics, and infographics.
• Ensure presentations follow brand guidelines, visual identity standards, formatting requirements, and approved messaging.
• Work with Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, Response Management teams, and subject matter experts to gather information and create presentation materials.
• Organize and maintain approved slides, case studies, testimonials, proof points, templates, icons, and other visual assets.
• Maintain presentation templates, slide libraries, visual frameworks, and brand assets.
• Support content reuse by maintaining an organized and updated content library.
• Review presentations for visual quality, messaging clarity, consistency, and alignment with sales objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve presentation quality through new design techniques, visual frameworks, and digital design tools.
• Update templates, narratives, and visual assets based on feedback and performance data.
• Deliver presentation materials within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong interest in graphic and visual design.
• Good presentation and PowerPoint design skills.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and structured storytelling frameworks.
• Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or other design tools is beneficial.
