Accenture is hiring a Payroll Operations Associate in Bengaluru for a full-time opportunity focused on Payroll Operations and Workday Payroll Accounting. The role is suitable for graduates with 1–3 years of experience who are interested in payroll processing, payroll accounting, and HR operations.

As a Payroll Operations Associate, you will support payroll processes from input submission through employee payout, helping ensure accurate and timely employee and statutory payments. The role also involves implementing and managing payroll accounting processes and solutions within Workday platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage payroll processes from input submission to employee payout.
• Assist in ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.
• Support statutory payment-related payroll activities.
• Implement and manage payroll accounting processes within Workday platforms.
• Work with team members and stakeholders to support payroll operations.
• Resolve routine payroll-related problems using established guidelines and procedures.
