Graphic & Visual Design Associate – Visual Design

Accenture is hiring a Graphic & Visual Design Associate in Bengaluru for a full-time opportunity within its Pursuit Services Graphic Design team. The role is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, document design, presentation design, or visual communication.

As a Graphic & Visual Design Associate, you will create engaging visual concepts and supporting graphics that communicate key sales messages and highlight win themes across pursuit deliverables. You will work as part of a collaborative design team and primarily use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create and format proposal documents according to client requirements and Accenture brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual concepts and graphics for sales and pursuit deliverables.
• Design and format proposal documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Translate complex information and data into compelling infographics.
• Apply design principles including composition, color, and typography to print and digital deliverables.
• Maintain consistent formatting according to client-specific requirements.
• Follow established graphics workflow processes, templates, tools, and repositories.
• Select appropriate stock imagery, illustrations, and design elements to support visual concepts.
• Assist with final production activities, including preparing files for print and online submission.
• Organize and archive graphic design assets for individual assignments.
• Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts that align with client expectations.
• Work within Accenture brand guidelines while adapting designs based on feedback.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in document and presentation design.
• Working experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint on a PC platform.
• Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Advanced command of the English language.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles including composition, color, and typography.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and client-specific design requirements.

Good to Have:

• Experience with proposal response development.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Acrobat.
• Completion of the provided Graphic Design skills assessment.
