Job Description

Accenture is seeking a meticulous and analytical Health Operations New Associate to join our expanding Intelligent Operations delivery framework in Chennai. This entry-level role is embedded within our specialized Life Sciences Regulatory Operations service line, focusing on optimizing global clinical database lifecycles and modern health market data integration.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Regulatory Documentation & Filings: Coordinate, structure, and verify critical records, files, and legal assets necessary to complete the successful filing of global clinical data applications.
  • Electronic Submissions Management: Learn, update, and manage electronic data submissions, overseeing original application compliance along with continuous Life Cycle Management updates (such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, and SPL submissions).
  • Membership base Support: Drive administrative operations to manage and track the primary membership matrix of partner healthcare organizations, including the structured execution of applications, onboarding profiles, renewals, and data cancellations.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Control: Maintain complete accuracy across healthcare information databases, resolve routine process exceptions under direct supervision, and strictly adhere to standard IT security parameters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely within internal data entry teams to track emerging system constraints, escalate complex operational bottlenecks to your immediate supervisor, and operate dynamically within rotational shifts.

Required Qualifications & Core Skill Set

  • Educational Background: Holds a valid graduation degree (Any Graduation) with a clear interest in corporate health platforms.
  • Technical & Analytical Capabilities: Strong foundational analytical reasoning, high attention to administrative detail, and a structured learning agility to handle technical validation interfaces.
  • Core Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate internal issues, collaborative team compliance, and a strong commitment to quality service delivery.
