Amazon India Development Center (AIDC) is seeking an organized, execution-driven HR Assistant II, L3 to join our centralized Global Recruiting Services group based out of Hyderabad . Operating within a high-volume, follow-the-sun shared services model, this coordinator tier handles end-to-end loops scheduling, expense management tracking, and transactional recruitment infrastructure data globally .
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- High-Volume Transaction Processing: Direct, audit, and finalize multi-tier data transactions across scheduling queues and candidate workflow modules following strict SOP guidelines .
- SLA & Compliance Management: Ensure complete structural compliance with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee timely resolution paths for international business partners .
- Data Telemetry Tracking: Extract, sort, and process structured operational datasets utilizing computer systems to flag delivery errors or queue exceptions .
- Process Improvement Kaizens: Isolate communication friction points, contributing directly to Lean continuous improvement loops to shrink task duplication blocks .
- Confidential Data Protection: Maintain rigorous security thresholds to shield sensitive candidate tracking layers, tax forms, and internal loop logs within cloud architectures .
- Multi-Channel Escalation Resolution: Act as an administrative touchpoint to resolve incoming partner queries, ensuring high quality metrics and an elevated customer experience .
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Professional Domain History: 6 or more months of verified professional history operating within a structured corporate human resources, recruitment support, or customer-facing administrative hub .
- Educational Foundation: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical credential across any administrative or quantitative business discipline .
- Software Suite Literacy: 6+ months of functional command navigating Microsoft Office products and applications, with practical data manipulation habits inside Microsoft Excel .
- Preferred Value-Adds: 1+ years of experience within high-volume ticket routing frameworks, shared services centers, or global talent acquisition coordinator roles .
