This on-site generalist role centers on driving employee life cycle activities, correcting cross-functional database discrepancies, enforcing 100% labor compliance rules, and building an open, communication-driven climate across frontline logistics cohorts.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Associate Lifecycle Onboarding: Structure and run systematic day-one onboarding tracks for station personnel, providing direct operational coaching to Team Leaders and Learning Ambassadors.
- COE & Payroll Reconciliation: Partner closely across internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) to audit and resolve complex roster discrepancies linking to employee leaves, attendance inputs, and payroll pipelines.
- Workforce Engagement & Climate Control: Own and launch localized Associate Centered Leadership (ACL) routines, driving station-wide roundtable mechanisms to maintain a balanced Employee Relations (ER) ecosystem.
- Headcount & Labor Balancing: Coordinate with workforce scheduling (WFS) squads and site managers to adjust live headcount matrices against real-time logistical volume targets.
- Rigorous Statutory Compliance: Monitor and preserve 100% adherence to regional and national labor legislation parameters, running continuous process audits across third-party vendor practices.
- MIS Support & Analytics Analytics: Collect, organize, and compile HR metrics data to populate site scorecards, deriving actionable analytics to assist regional HRBPs with decision-making.
- Kaizen Optimization Implementation: Identify systemic station bottlenecks, using continuous improvement (CI) practices and localized Kaizen workshops to eliminate redundant HR administrative steps.
- Vendor Grievance Governance: Liaise directly with third-party manpower staffing agencies to manage disciplinary ticket workflows, employee payroll issues, and site-level benefit structures.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Educational Background: Holds a valid Bachelor's degree across Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related qualitative fields.
- Professional Domain History: Minimum of 6 months of professional HR hands-on experience, preferably inside an operations hub, manufacturing warehouse, global shared services floor, or multi-shift logistics hub.
- Technical Toolkit: High operational proficiency inside the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel data cleaning logic, pivot tables, Word, and Outlook correspondence loops) combined with comfortable handling confidential environments.
- Core Soft Skills: Outstanding tactical prioritization when facing tight deadlines, strong communication traits to handle conflict resolution, and the capacity to adapt to rapid process modifications with minimal supervision.
