Amazon India (ASSPL) is seeking a highly capable, hands-on HR Business Partner, INFC - PXT to drive human resource programs across our dynamic operations and fulfillment divisions. This field-based position focuses on translating business forecasts into scalable workforce strategies, enforcing strict statutory labor compliance, and building a highly motivated, high-performance operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Strategic HRBP Solutions: Implement data-driven human resource plans, manage multi-workstream priorities with minimal guidance, and design structured logistical solutions to achieve regional business growth objectives.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Governance: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, leading internal investigations and deploying corrective action protocols to preserve a transparent workplace culture.
- Workforce Planning & Onboarding: Partner closely with specialized recruitment squads to lead bulk associate hiring lifecycles rooted in predictive client business forecasts.
- MIS Support & Attrition Analytics: Manage administrative database matrices, collect and analyze exit interview parameters, recognize systemic turnover patterns, and publish comprehensive executive retention dashboards.
- Statutory Compliance & Audit Integrity: Enforce total compliance across Indian labor codes, including the Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI); conduct rigorous external vendor compliance audits.
- Engagement & Culture Architecting: Organize and drive employee feedback forums including Voice of the Employee initiatives, roundtable sessions, buddy mentoring frameworks, and corporate Reward & Recognition (R&R) pipelines.
- Talent & Career Development: Partner with cross-functional leadership to deploy career pathing paths, run talent management reviews, and support learning and development (L&D) divisions in conducting organizational training needs assessments.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Educational Background: Mandatory requirement of an MBA or Masterβs Degree in HR / Social Work from a recognized business school.
- Professional Domain History: 3 to 5 years of robust, verifiable track record operating inside corporate HRBP, warehouse fulfillment operations, or heavy manufacturing human resources networks.
- Technical Toolkit: Practical technical proficiency across core management applications, specifically including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for automated reporting.
- Core Soft Skills: Clear executive presence, outstanding problem-solving properties under strict timelines, ability to adapt to international or multi-state employment environments, and full readiness to travel across corporate operations hubs.
