HR Service Delivery Associate

Accenture is seeking an analytical and process-driven HR Service Delivery Associate to join their specialized Contingent Workforce Support Team in Bengaluru. The fundamental purpose of this role centers on executing front-end requisition administration, mapping contingent talent supply parameters, and supervising third-party vendor operations to optimize overall workforce productivity and business agility targets.

Core day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities involve managing data files within global Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, or Vndly. The associate will engineer high-quality job requisitions, evaluate data fields for correctness to prevent downstream alignment errors, and directly screen or shortlist incoming supplier resumes against technical intake criteria. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate transaction check logs, handle vendor profile audits, route invoicing queries to appropriate corporate financial teams, and track supplier payment workflows to protect service delivery baselines.

Furthermore, the position focuses extensively on stakeholder engagement, market intelligence tracking, and communication governance. The associate will serve as a reliable point of contact for external suppliers and internal HR partners, resolving routine administrative questions using standard process precedents. Ideal candidates must hold a university degree, present 1 to 3 years of professional human resources background with dedicated experience in contingent workforce administration, showcase full proficiency in MS Office, and exhibit top-tier written and spoken English communication skills.
