HR Service Delivery Associate

Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Associate in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates interested in HR operations, HR service delivery, case management, Workday, employee support, and leave management processes.

As an HR Service Delivery Associate, you will support HR case management and Leave of Absence processes. The role involves processing employee requests, updating HR systems, maintaining accurate documentation, following regional policies, resolving issues, and providing timely customer service to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze client processes, policies, and business rules.
• Process HR transactions and employee cases accurately and within defined timelines.
• Support Leave of Absence processes, including system updates, document collection, leave approvals, and return-to-work activities.
• Maintain accurate employee and workforce information in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Review documents and ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and processes.
• Escalate complex issues and seek guidance when required.
• Participate in client calls and prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Follow and regularly update process documentation and work instructions.
• Support team members by communicating process updates and changes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for process issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that can improve accuracy, reduce processing time, or strengthen controls.
• Track process metrics and maintain daily MIS reports.
• Monitor process performance against defined matrices and service standards.
• Provide professional customer service and follow up on outstanding employee requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Required Skills:

• HR operations and HR transaction knowledge.
