Job Description

Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Associate in Bengaluru for its Workforce Data Administration and HR Service Delivery operations. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience and focuses on employee data management, HR service requests, exit administration, payroll support, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

The role involves understanding client processes and business rules, processing employee tickets and service requests, supporting employee exit and offboarding activities, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. The position also requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to established HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, understand, and analyze client HR processes according to defined business rules.
  • Process employee tickets and service requests related to resignations, terminations, retirements, and HR policy queries.
  • Use HR systems and ticketing platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow to process employee requests.
  • Support payroll teams with final settlements, full and final calculations, and statutory dues.
  • Validate notice period buyouts, leave encashment, deductions, and other exit-related calculations according to policy.
  • Respond to queries from exiting employees regarding exit formalities and required documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and compliant employee offboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records.
  • Execute HR processes accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Escalate complex issues and seek guidance when required.
  • Follow and regularly update process documentation, including work instructions and knowledge materials.
  • Perform root cause analysis on process issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce processing time, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and client data.
  • Ensure HR systems and client applications are updated accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, and quality.
